Scrap Mystery Quilt

Part Five - The Finale

Lay the blocks out next to each other to form 6 blocks as shown in figure 8 (or 8a) and 3 blocks as shown in figure 9 (or 9a). Try this both ways to see which way you like it best . . . 8a and 9a are the negatives of figures 8 and 9. (If you use 8a use 9a...if you use 8 use 9)

Lay the new blocks as shown in figure 10 (or figure 10a) below:

Border as desired for your own finished size (the quilt top itself will measure 36" x 36" without borders)

Note: there are other layouts for this quilt top, these are just two examples. Feel free to play around with the blocks and come up with your own layout.
