Ann,

http://www.fullfab.com/

This company has a vast selection of patterns, not yet got their Lingerie
section running, but I think you will find what you want in one of the other
sections; ie under KwikSew, or Burda.
You may be able to use a fitted nighty pattern to get the effect. Sewn in
Tricot with a stretch lace top it would be easy to fit and sit nice and
tight rather than slip around too much.

Subject: 830 record

This has probably been discussed in the past and I am sorry to say that I
only thought I had a 830 machine. The other night I sat down at the machine
and was sewing a few quilt blocks, and happen to look up just right and
catch the I really owned a 830 record machine. I would really appreciate it
if someone would let me know the difference. I probably would not have
known that the 830 record was any different than the 830 if it wasn't for
the BFC group. Thanks so much for all of the knowledge that you folks
share.

This is one problem I have with this list: there are too many off-list
discussions! Every time I post a question I get more answers off list than
on. I'm sure that if people would discuss these topics on the list we would
all learn a lot more about sewing. As anyone who sews knows, pressing is
(second to seaming) the most important part of turning out a quality
finished garment. Therefore, it's on topic. Please, please discuss it on
the list. Thanks.

Subject: Costume book

The most recent Crafter's Choice list has a book, "Stage Costume, Step
by Step, the complete guide to designing and making stage costumes for
all major drama periods and genres from Classical through the Twentieth
Century." Is anyone familiar with this book and would it be worth buying
for your collection?
