My goal for this business is to promote sewing, not just quilting. The mothers taught sewing years ago in the home, and as technology has evolved, garments became cheaper to buy ready made rather than to make yourself. What is being lost is the creativity and individuality of sewing it yourself.
I have a BS in Interior Design, was employed by a needlework manufacturer in design and instructions, produced my own line of counted Cross Stitch designs, and owned a design/custom drapery business, designing and making custom draperies. This shop is bringing those experiences and my creative talent to one house. I would like to bring to my customers many services from educating customers on the benefits of using quality fabric. Color
Selection, techniques in sewing and classes for numerous projects in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Long arm quilting is also available.

Some of the fabric sources are from Timeless Treasure, Norcott, Andover, Makower, Red Rooster, South Seas,and Marcus Brothers. This shop is growing by the day!
