What is the traditional way to attach yo-yo's to a pieced quilt (as
embellishments)?

I have made a queen size spread with yo-yo's that are a fun and neat little quilting project. I have attached them with buttons as well or by pretty hand stitches. You can use a variety of difernet ways or by simply just using the traditiona way of applique.
